Everloved is a private place to write stories, letters, and messages for the people you love—plus add photos, video, documents, or voice notes. Everything stays private while you're here, and is released only through a controlled handover.
Why we exist
Important words are often the hardest to say while we're alive. We hesitate, postpone, or simply don't know how. Everloved gives you a calm, private space to write gradually—so the people you love can receive your messages, memories, and guidance when you're no longer here.
We treat digital memories like heirlooms: they should be easy to create, safe to keep, and delivered to the right people—without noise, ads, or algorithms.

How it works

Add a title and text. Optionally attach photos, videos, documents, or audio.

Choose recipients
Assign who should receive this story. You control who gets access.

Keep building
Add entries over time—daily notes or rare, meaningful messages. You decide.
Step 4
Secure handover
When a controlled handover begins, recipients get access. Until then, it remains strictly private to you.
How inheritance handover works
Everloved keeps everything private by default. Access is granted only through a controlled handover designed to prevent accidental delivery.
- Default handover: if your subscription can't be renewed, we start a gentle check-in flow with multiple reminders. If we still can't reach you, the case is reviewed manually before any handover is started.
- Peace-of-mind option: you can also trigger handover manually with Send now. A short pending window lets you cancel if you change your mind.
- When the handover starts, beneficiaries receive a secure invitation to access what you left for them.
- If they already have an Everloved account, the inherited vault appears in their dashboard. If not, they complete a simple onboarding to activate access.
- Reminders go first to the primary email, then the backup email if provided. If neither reaches them, we flag manual follow-up so a human can help.
- You can update recipients and story scope at any time. If a handover is already in progress, what can be changed depends on what has already been delivered.
Privacy & Security
We design for privacy by default. Your content is stored in private storage and protected by database Row-Level Security (RLS) and strict per-account access rules. Only you can access your vault until a controlled handover begins.
- Private storage by design: files are stored in a private bucket and accessed via short-lived signed URLs.
- Strong per-user access control: each story and file is bound to your account, RLS ensures no cross-user access.
- Controlled handover: after a verified trigger, access is granted only to your chosen recipients.
