Everloved is a private place to write what matters most — your stories, your truth, and your words for the people you love. Everything stays private while you're here, and is only shared through a careful, controlled handover when the time comes.

Why we exist

Some things are too important to say at the wrong time — or too difficult to say at all. We hesitate, postpone, or never find the right moment. Everloved gives you a quiet space to write these things in your own time, so they can still reach the people who matter.

We treat digital memories like heirlooms: they should be easy to create, safe to keep, and delivered to the right people — without noise, ads, or algorithms.

How it works

    Add a title and text. Optionally attach photos, videos, documents, or audio.

  2. Choose recipients

    Assign who should receive this story. You control who gets access.

  3. Controlled handover

    When a controlled handover begins, recipients get access. Until then, it remains strictly private to you.

How handover works

Everloved keeps everything private by default. A handover never happens automatically — it only begins after a deliberate, careful process.

  • Default handover: By default, everything you create stays private. If billing reminders go unanswered and we're unable to reach you over time, we begin a careful follow-up process using the contact details you've provided. We take time to verify the situation before any handover is considered. A handover begins only if we're genuinely unable to reach you after that process.
    A missed payment or unanswered reminder alone does not trigger a handover. Access is granted only after a careful review process confirms we're genuinely unable to reach you.
  • Peace-of-mind option: You can also start handover manually with Send now. A 24-hour pending window lets you cancel if you change your mind before anything continues.

When a handover begins, your chosen recipients receive a secure invitation to access what you left for them.

Yes — while your account is active, you can update recipients and adjust which stories they should receive.

Once a beneficiary has already been invited or is active, some actions become more limited, including deletion.

You can write stories and attach most common photo, video, audio, and document file types.

Different file types may have different preview or playback behavior, but they are stored and delivered together with your stories.

We keep the original files you upload, and your recipients receive them exactly as you uploaded them.

For viewing inside Everloved, we may generate smaller previews or optimized versions, but those are only for display inside the app.

Your original upload remains part of your story.
