SMS Notifications

How SMS notifications work

Providing a phone number is optional. Everloved uses SMS only as a secondary, service-related contact method when email reminders are not enough or when timely account-related communication matters.

Everloved currently uses optional SMS for service-related purposes such as billing reminders and failed payment alerts. SMS is not used for marketing or promotional messages.

How users opt in

Users can add a phone number inside their Everloved account settings after creating an account.

Before SMS notifications are enabled, users must explicitly agree via an unchecked checkbox to receive service-related SMS notifications from Everloved. SMS consent is stored with a timestamp and source for compliance purposes.

The consent text shown near the phone number field explains that providing a phone number is optional, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and users can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

This page is informational only. Users cannot opt in to SMS from this public page.

Opt-out and help

Users can withdraw SMS consent at any time from their Everloved account settings. Where SMS replies are supported, users can also reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

If you need help with SMS-related preferences, please use our Support page.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on account activity, billing events, and reminder workflows. SMS messages are sent only when needed for service-related communication.

Privacy

Everloved does not sell or share phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

For more information about how Everloved handles personal data, see the Privacy Policy. For service terms, see the Terms of Service.
