Introduction

Everloved is a digital service that allows users to store personal stories, files, and messages and designate trusted recipients who may receive access to that content under defined handover conditions. Everloved is operated by Patolix SIA.

By creating an account or using the Everloved service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

Everloved is intended for use by adults. By creating an account or using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact Everloved immediately.

Your content

You retain ownership of the stories, messages, and files you upload to Everloved. By uploading content, you grant Everloved a limited, non‑exclusive license to store, process, secure, and deliver that content as necessary to operate the service and to provide access to your designated beneficiaries according to your chosen handover settings.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not violate the rights of others or applicable laws.

Beneficiaries and legacy delivery

Everloved allows you to designate beneficiaries who may receive access to specific content you choose to share. Access to that content is granted through a controlled handover process initiated either by the account owner or through administrative procedures defined within the service.

Everloved makes reasonable efforts to deliver beneficiary access according to the configured handover process. However, delivery may depend on external factors such as email availability, infrastructure providers, or recipient actions, and therefore cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.

Everloved is not a legal will, testament, or estate planning tool. Content shared through the service does not constitute legally binding instructions regarding inheritance or property.

Subscriptions and billing

Everloved operates as a subscription-based service. Billing, subscription management, and payment processing are handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected plan until the subscription is canceled.

If a subscription cannot be renewed due to a failed payment, Everloved may temporarily restrict certain account features until billing is resolved.

Everloved may update subscription plans or pricing in the future. If pricing changes occur, they will apply only to future billing periods and users will be notified in advance through the service or by email.

Acceptable use

You may not use Everloved to store or distribute unlawful, abusive, harmful, or infringing content. This includes content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

Everloved may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the integrity or security of the service.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings within the service. When an account is deleted, associated content may be removed from the service according to our data retention procedures.

Service availability

Everloved aims to provide reliable access to stored content but does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, or external service disruptions may occasionally affect access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everloved and its operator Patolix SIA are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the service. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Everloved service shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
