Using Everloved
You must be at least 18 years old to use Everloved. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of the stories and files you upload. You grant Everloved permission to store, process, and deliver that content to your chosen recipients according to your handover settings.
Subscriptions and billing
Everloved is a subscription service. Billing details, invoices, and plan changes are handled through Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining an active subscription to keep your vault available.
Handover and beneficiaries
Handover begins only when you trigger it or an approved rule is configured in the app. Beneficiaries receive access through secure, single-use links and must complete onboarding before viewing content.
Acceptable use
Do not use Everloved to store unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
